 Our nurturing birth and postpartum packages offer calm guidance every step of the way. During labor, a birth doula provides continuous emotional support and comfort techniques to help you feel safe. Once your baby arrives, postpartum doulas assist with infant care and your recovery, letting you rest and bond as a family. 

 During labor, you can expect:

• Help with advocacy and birth preferences

 Postpartum doula care offers gentle, in‑home support as you recover from birth and get to know your baby. I’m there to answer questions, help you rest, and create a calm, nurturing space for your whole family. 

 After baby arrives, you can expect: 

• Help with newborn care and soothing
• Support with feeding (breast/bottle)
• Light household help so you can rest
• Emotional check-ins and space to process your birth
• Light help with meal prep

Price: $30/hr

        4 hour minimum per session

 This bundle includes my full birth doula package plus four 4‑hour daytime postpartum shifts. You get continuous support through pregnancy and birth, then gentle, in‑home care as you recover and settle in with your baby.
